Beautylosophy in BGC

In search for a new place here in BGC, we come across this skin clinic in Burgos Circle.

This clinic is located at Crescent Park Residences. It's right above EastWest Bank and just beside Manos Nail Lounge.

Upon entering the Skin Center, a sweet, relaxing and sophisticated aroma welcomes you in.

I don't know if there's such thing as sophisticated aroma but that's what i felt being inside.

Curious about what this skin center has to offer.

Jes and I were loaded with so so many questions.

First, we asked about SILK PEEL?

Moments Away...

Wednesday, July 3,2013. Cloudy weather with mild rainshowers.

Perfect cuddle weather for some but a work day for me.

To be in a place quite far from where i live in, (well talking about kilometers/ distance) travel time to Ayala Greenfield Estates was surprisingly faster than my travel time from Taytay to Makati. *whoa*

Roughly less than an hour drive from Makati. Then from SLEX, we took BATANGAS/LUCENA exit and with just around 5mins we got into the area.

Who can ever resist daily majestic views?

Center of my life

Let me share to you one of my favorite songs :) Hope you'll also be inspired! May you have a Jesus-filled day!
Let my walk speak loud
And my words be true
Let my life be whole
With my eyes on You

DIET

English. One Word. Four letters.

DIET. DIET. DIET

It's such a strong word for me! Ever since my age started having the suffix 'teen' and now 'ty' (ok i'm old!), DIET has ever been ohh so present in my to-do list and New Year's resolution!

Don't Fit in, STAND OUT!

-->
        I got a text message that caught my attention and I just can’t help but ponder upon it. It goes like this “a wrong thing is wrong even if everybody else is doing it and a right thing is right even if you’re the only person doing it.” It made me realized how important it is to stand up for what is right regardless of the number of people doing the right thing it will always be right. Nothing can bend what is right and in the same token though  many people are doing something wrong that won’t justify it because it is basically wrong.

The masks we wear

-->
I am amazed of how diverse people are. We are expressive of our emotions but often times we also choose what emotion to show. It’s mystifying how a person selects what image to portray. In certain instances, though I feel shattered inside I still prefer to smile and pretend to be happy. It’s a therapy for me not to linger on the pain I feel inside and strive to look at the brighter side of things. It’s similar to concealing an ugly scar by putting on a beautiful mask. Accordingly, it gave me a notion that maybe all of us do wear masks to somehow conceal the weak part of ourselves. So that people won’t resort to pity and that to show that we’re fine.
